Fall Workouts
The lack of attendance during this summer's workouts has been disappointing, to say the least. As a result of our current apathy, the coaching staff, in accordance with the athletic director's office, has implemented a new policy. Fall workouts will start September 8th and will last until our first day on the ice. The workouts will be after school four days per week(you will be receiving a schedule shortly). Those athletes playing fall sports will be excused from this policy. The number of workout days will total 30. You MUST attend 24 of the 30 workouts in order to earn your game socks. This means that you are allowed six absences. If you go over your six absences you have the opportunity to earn your days back through a "make-up" system. For example, if you attend 20 out of the 24 workouts you will owe the coaching staff and team 4 "make-up" sessions after practice during our first week of camp. The "make-up" session will include four laps around the concourse at Perani arena as well as running each section's stairway. It is of the utmost importance that our team and players are 100% dedicated to this program in order to have continual success.

Easton started Varsity Soccer Last week and has practice from 4-6 everyday they don't have a game, so he will not be able to make many workouts.
